Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, ensuring high standards of food hygiene, managing stock and inventory, and assisting in menu planning.

Main Responsibilities: Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard

Following all food safety and hygiene regulations
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service

Monitoring stock levels

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience

Formal culinary qualification preferred
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and teamwork skills
