• It is a mandatory requirement, that the Resource proposed has the equivalent of 7+ years of extensive professional experience in their specialised field (Business analysis).
• It is a mandatory requirement, that the Resource proposed hold the following qualifications or equivalents: Professional qualifications in Business Analysis
• English language proficiency (spoken and written) must be at C2 level (Mastery/Proficiency) or equivalent.

Requirements

1. Leads the review and analysis of the organisation’s business intentions, services, processes and information needs to identify changes that lead to business improvements and digital transformation.
2. Provides clear and intuitive documentation when defining existing and future business processes ad ensure documentation is stored in a logical manner.
3. Establishes the contribution that technology can make to business objectives, defining strategies, validating and justifying business needs.
4. Conducts feasibility studies, producing high-level and detailed business models of current business processes (as-is) and the future state (to-be).
5. Prepare detailed specifications and oversees development and implementation of solutions, taking into account the implications of change on the organisation and all stakeholders.
6. Liaises with management regarding the delivery process and organisational change.
7. Provide regular updates to management, project boards and stakeholders.
8. Has excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to engage with business units and elicit information and document current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes.
9. Has experience working with business analysis tools to define as-is and to-be business processes using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) (e.g. Microsoft Visio or equivalent)
10. Has experience analysing current business processes and identifying key technological efficiencies.
11. Has experience working in a technical environment on diverse project teams alongside developers, database architects, project managers, business units etc.
12. Has excellent presentation skills and can present to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
