Business Analyst

We are seeking a technically strong and ambitious Senior Business Analyst to join a global Business Change Management (BCM) team within a leading international financial services firm. This role is integral to a change-focused department responsible for implementing strategic initiatives, system developments, and platform improvements across Global Transfer Agency (TA) Operations.

The successful candidate will work within a highly skilled team of change professionals, leveraging Agile methodology to drive operational vision and support day-to-day business transformations.

• Support the regional Head of BCM and project leads to manage change delivery using a common-sense approach.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage and prioritise the product backlog, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Translate business requirements into stories, define test requirements, and establish acceptance criteria.
• Undertake business process reviews and re-engineering to identify processes that need to be changed or eliminated.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (Functional Testing), including test case preparation, execution, and tracking.
• Conduct readiness assessments to ensure production teams are prepared to effectively accept changes resulting from projects.
• Act as a proactive communicator to manage interactions between Global IT, TA management, and internal stakeholders.
• Key Skills & Experience
• 10 or more years of experience in Transfer Agency (TA) or Investment Services Operations supporting project delivery.
• A proven history of delivering change using a business-focused and innovative approach, ideally within an Agile environment.
• A project delivery track record specifically involving Multifonds TA/GI software.
• Strong background in TA processing throughout the end-to-end operating model for Mutual Funds, ETF, or Private Capital products.
• Holder of a current Project Management, Business Analyst, Agile, SAFE, or SCRUM qualification.
• Tools: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Octane, and Power BI is considered an advantage.
