What You'll Be Involved In:
- Assisting with cost planning, estimating, and budget management
- Preparing bills of quantities and tender documentation
- Supporting senior QS staff with project management and contract administration
- Conducting site visits and progress assessments
- Liaising with contractors, clients, and design teams
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years' Quantity Surveying experience within the Irish construction industry
- Relevant third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication and an eagerness to develop professionally
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
