Engineering Supporter - Athlone

Overview:

Morgan McKinley is delighted to be working in exclusive partnership with a high-profile, leading multinational pharmaceutical company currently undergoing a major multi-million-euro site expansion in Athlone. As part of this growth, we are seeking an experienced Engineering supporter to join their team

• Provide organisational, administrative and special project support to the Engineering team
• Setting up and managing purchase orders, payments spend and assisting in achieving improved financial discipline for Engineering team
• Act as a Key functional representative (KFR) for the department, goods receipting of goods and services.
• Track expenditures/transactions for capital spend; provide support with investment process and foster a project management culture and good team working relationships in Engineering.
• Support site projects team on project controls and governance with regards to investment projects.
• Preparation of financial reports and analysis for KPI dashboards
• assist in preparation of budget submission throughout the various cycles.
• Prepare monthly accrual files for submission to finance
• Act as a point of contact for procurement and finance audit queries
• prepare legal agreements/contracts to support the engineering group.
• To perform other duties or responsibilities which may be requested from time to time.

1. 3 years experience in an administrative/account assistance role preferably
