Site Clerk & Administrator New

CPL Recruitment is currently partnering with a well-established construction organisation to recruit an experienced Site Clerk & Administrator for an active project site. This is a key on-site role supporting the delivery of high-quality construction works, ensuring all documentation, records, and processes are accurately maintained and compliant.
The successful candidate will play a central role in coordinating site administration, liaising with clients and head office, and supporting site management to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities- Setting up, managing, and continuously updating a central system for all site documentation, records, and data
- Acting as a liaison point for clients, dealing with allowances, extras, specifications, and general queries
- Managing all handover documentation for house, apartment, or property registration
- Coordinating documentation, certification, and registrations with relevant industry bodies
- Processing orders for materials and plant through the head office procurement team and ensuring purchase orders are issued
- Scheduling site deliveries to support optimal site operations
- Inspecting deliveries, ensuring accurate sign-off, and reconciling delivery dockets with orders
- Recording Goods Received Notes (GRNs) on internal systems
- Providing general administrative support to site management as required
- Previous site administration experience within the construction industry
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and effectively prioritise tasks in a fast-paced site environment
- Strong IT skills, including Excel
- Experience with COINS is advantageous but not essential
