Customer Support Administrator – Order Management ( Italian)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Administrator. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing the end-to-end order process and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, multicultural environment that values continuous improvement and personal development.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management
- Accurately and promptly process customer orders upon receipt
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting according to business requirements
- Provide basic product information to customers
- Resolve queries related to orders, stock availability, deliveries, and invoices
- Process returns and ensure smooth resolution of issues
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building strong working relationships
- Demonstrate genuine care, empathy, and professionalism in handling customer concerns
- Support a positive and cooperative team environment
Candidate Profile:
Essential Requirements- Native or near-native fluency in Italian and advanced English (C1/C2)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC literacy
- Experience in order entry, customer support, or a strong interest in developing a career in customer service
- Strong sense of responsibility and continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate toward business goals
- Empathetic and customer-focused with strong ownership of tasks
- Proactive and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- SAP knowledge is an advantage, though full training will be provided
Location: Liffey Valley, Dublin 22 (Hybrid: 3 days in office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Regular Office Hours (37.5 hours/week)Contract: 6 month or 12 months with the chance of extension
