Logistics Administrator

Our client based in Wicklow is seeking a detail-orientated Logistic Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring accuracy in the supply chain as well as coordinating customer orders for despatch.

For you:

Salary: 32-35k DOE

Location: Wicklow, with parking.

Full-time permanent role.
20 days annual leave + bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate customer orders with warehouse staff via BIT Systems, including picking, preparation, and delivery scheduling.
Arrange deliveries with internal teams or third-party couriers and manage delivery calendars to prevent delays.
Prepare and manage despatch documentation, packing lists, PODs, and maintain accurate records.
Process customer and purchase orders, including invoicing for dispatched items.
Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and order inventory as needed.
Produce and review back-order and logistics reports for key customers.
Communicate proactively with trade and web customers and suppliers regarding deliveries, delays, and ETAs.

Provide general office administration support, including ordering supplies and handling incoming calls.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience within logistic or supply chain administration.
Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution environment.
Proficient with SAGE 50 and SAGE 200.
Strong communication skills.

Ability to meet tight deadlines.
