Salary:

1. 45K + bonus

Are you an experienced Commercial Insurance professional looking to take the next step in your career within a growing and supportive brokerage environment?

We’re currently working with a respected and long-established insurance brokerage that’s looking to expand its Commercial team in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to work with an existing client book while also developing new relationships and driving growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of commercial clients.
• Generate new business opportunities and proactively build a sales pipeline.
• Develop deep product knowledge and stay ahead of market trends.
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain long-term client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in commercial insurance
• APA Commercial as a minimum
• Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Excellent technical knowledge of insurance products and services.
• Confident in presenting to clients, including at senior/board level.
