Small Business Account Executive Needed

In this role you'll use both outbound and inbound sales strategies to connect with new clients and help their businesses thrive with cutting-edge software. With a combination of inbound leads and your own innovative prospecting strategies, you'll be empowered to showcase the value of their product through online demos and close deals that make a difference.
What You'll Do
As a Small Business Account Executive, you'll:
- Identify and solve challenges that our customers face with tailored inbound marketing solutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas by closing new business.
- Build and nurture relationships with highly qualified prospects at small-sized companies.
- Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to evolve sales strategies as new features are introduced.
- Bring your unique perspectives, ideas, and skills to help shape the future of HubSpot's mission.
What We're Looking For
We're on the hunt for individuals with:
- 1+ year of full sales cycle experience.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills.
- Proven success in forecasting and pipeline management.
- A strong track record as a high performer
- Goal-oriented focus and a strategic approach to success.
