Engineering Administrator

Job Title: Engineering Administrator
Location: Cork
Remuneration: €32,000 - €34,000

Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract, 9 months

Responsibilities:

Allocate and schedule service tasks for a team of engineers.
Liaise with engineers to ensure response times are met.
Handle customer queries efficiently through excellent verbal and written communication.
Manage client accounts using dedicated software.
Purchase spare parts for engineers and external customers.
Address parts queries, source suppliers, and manage warranty returns.
Request and issue quotations to customers.
Maintain stock levels and set up new part codes.
Manage a high volume of phone calls.
Handle weekly/monthly invoicing of service work.
Input data accurately in dedicated software.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve daily issues.

Write reports and ensure ISO standards and external SLAs are consistently achieved.

What Are the Role Requirements?

Relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Experience in product ordering and customer invoicing is advantageous.
High level of computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
Experience with SAP is a plus.

Familiarity with the healthcare sector is beneficial.
