• Identify, assess, and mitigate health & safety risks on site.
• Provide advice and support on all H&S matters to management and staff.
• Lead and assist with incident investigations, ensuring root causes are addressed and corrective actions implemented.
• Monitor compliance with legislation, company policies, and regional H&S requirements.
• Keep H&S procedures, policies, and risk assessments up to date.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and reporting on H&S KPIs.
• Deliver training and raise awareness of H&S at all levels of the organization.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including insurers and regulatory bodies, ensuring all reporting and licensing requirements are met.
• Support and contribute to regional and group H&S strategies and initiatives.

• Higher Diploma (Level 7/8) or Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Chartered Member of IOSH (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a health & safety role, ideally in manufacturing or a similar environment.
• Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Confident delivering training to all levels of the organization.
• Hands-on, resilient, and motivated approach.
