Role Overview
We're looking for a UX/UI Designer to join the Digital Product team and help create best-in-class customer experiences across a range of consumer-facing digital products. You'll work with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, engaging, and user-focused solutions that align with both brand and business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the user journey across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers to understand business requirements and translate them into effective UX/UI solutions.
- Assist in planning and conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering insights to inform and iterate on design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to support product development.
- Maintain consistency by working within established design systems, while contributing to their evolution with fresh ideas and improvements.
- Ensure design solutions are accessible, scalable, and responsive across various devices and platforms.
- A relevant third-level qualification in design or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD).
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and interpreting analytics to guide design decisions.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design documentation.
- Familiarity with design systems and their practical implementation.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong communication and collaboration skills.
