Role Overview

We're looking for a UX/UI Designer to join the Digital Product team and help create best-in-class customer experiences across a range of consumer-facing digital products. You'll work with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, engaging, and user-focused solutions that align with both brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the user journey across web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers to understand business requirements and translate them into effective UX/UI solutions.
  • Assist in planning and conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering insights to inform and iterate on design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to support product development.
  • Maintain consistency by working within established design systems, while contributing to their evolution with fresh ideas and improvements.
  • Ensure design solutions are accessible, scalable, and responsive across various devices and platforms.
Requirements
  • A relevant third-level qualification in design or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
  • Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD).
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and interpreting analytics to guide design decisions.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design documentation.
  • Familiarity with design systems and their practical implementation.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong communication and collaboration skills.
