Shuttle Bus Driver – Dublin Area (Airport Region)

FRS Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for a Shuttle Bus Driver in the Dublin Airport region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team, transporting passengers between the airport terminals and vehicle rental facilities while delivering exceptional service.

• Location: Dublin area (Airport region)
• Schedule: 5 days over 7, with shifts between 05:00am – 01:00am
• Contract: Full-time, permanent
• Pay: Competitive hourly rate + excellent benefits package

• Safely transport customers to and from airport terminals and facilities
• Provide professional customer service and assist with luggage handling
• Conduct pre-shift vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness and fuel levels
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety protocols, and seating limits
• Log incidents and support general operational efficiency
• Carry out additional duties as directed by management

• Full Category D or D1 licence and valid CPC card
• Clean driving record
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
• Friendly, proactive, and safety-conscious approach
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Physical ability to support passenger needs and drive for extended periods
