Internal Sales Representative New

We are currently partnering with a leading provider of business print and design solutions to recruit an Internal Sales Representative to join their growing Cork-based team.
This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who thrives on closing deals and proactively engaging with clients. You will play a key role in converting warm leads into business by following up on quotations, re-engaging prospects, and driving revenue growth.
Working closely with the wider sales and customer service teams, you will take ownership of post-quotation engagement, proactively contacting clients to secure orders and maximise conversion rates.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment suited to someone who is confident on the phone, commercially minded, and comfortable with both warm and cold outreach.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively follow up on issued quotations to convert opportunities into sales
- Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone and email to close deals and drive revenue
- Identify customer needs and position tailored print and design solutions
- Conduct outbound outreach, including reactivating dormant accounts and cold calling potential clients
- Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity within the CRM system
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry to delivery
- Meet and exceed sales targets, conversion rates, and activity KPIs
- Previous experience in a sales-focused role, with a strong emphasis on closing business
- Proven ability to convert opportunities and meet targets
- A confident, professional and persuasive phone manner
- Comfortable with proactive outreach and cold calling
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Experience in print, design, or a related industry is advantageous but not essential
- Salary in the region of €30,000 – €35,000 (depending on experience)
