Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Sales Representative to support the growth and retention of an established customer base. This role involves building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable promotional product solutions that align with their objectives, timelines, and budgets.This is an office-based role offering excellent exposure to a fast-paced, creative sales environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop relationships within an existing client base to support revenue growth
- Generate new business opportunities through both inbound and outbound prospecting
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and recommend tailored product solutions
- Source products and liaise with suppliers to prepare accurate and competitive quotations
- Maintain and update all customer interactions and opportunities within the CRM system
- Support the wider sales team in delivering a high level of customer service
- Previous experience in B2B sales or a sales support role would be an advantage (ideally within advertising, media, print, or stationery)
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone, with a results-driven mindset
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with CRM systems
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
