People Officer & Data Analyst - Giraffe Childcare, Adamstown, Lucan, Co. Dublin

Role Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Providing guidance on all policies and procedures
• Support the recruitment processes with data and statistics for trends and patterns
• Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring process
• Assisting in performance management and employee evaluation
• Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Reviewing employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Compiling HR data and metrics from the Human Resource information system and payroll outputs
• Providing ongoing monthly / weekly reports to the HR Manager such as Absenteeism, Turnover, Staff Qualifications, Work Permits, FTE (Staff / Children)
• Working alongside Management teams to establish business needs
• Contribute to system decision-making, scoping and arranging HR system projects in support of the overall HR strategy

Required Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Level 8 HR or Business Psychology Degree
• 18 months to 3 years in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and advanced level of Excel
• Knowledge of One Advanced TMS & iCIMS ATS desirable
• Experience with Industrial Relations
• Be proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of working on own initiative and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have eligibility to work in the EU
• Must have full clean driver's licence
• The successful candidate will be required to attend ongoing Recruitments events in Europe and in Ireland
• Knowledge of Spanish an advantage
