Develop and enforce safety procedures, lead risk assessments, and ensure full regulatory compliance across operations and facilities.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in Operations Management within FMCG, engineering, or supply chain
• Strong track record in capacity planning, forecasting, and resource allocation
• Hands-on leadership style with experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams
• Confident with data-driven decision-making, reporting, and performance optimisation
• Familiarity with warehouse, distribution, or production environments
• Excellent communicator with board-level presentation experience
• Strong understanding of compliance, safety, and quality standards
• Experience with technology or automation implementation is a plus
