Saucy Vgn Limited is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our culinary team. We are committed to delivering high-quality dishes in a warm and welcoming environment. The Head Chef will play a central role in menu planning, kitchen leadership, and maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute a creative and consistent menu aligned with the restaurant’s identity.
Lead, mentor, and manage the kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Maintain inventory levels, oversee food ordering, and liaise with suppliers.
Ensure adherence to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Monitor food preparation, portion control, and presentation standards.
Control kitchen costs and minimise waste while maximising quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Head Chef or a related field is desirable
Strong culinary and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operations.
Excellent communication, organisation, and time management abilities.
Annual Salary: €34,000Hourly Rate: €16.77
Hours per Week: 39h
