Dublin City Centre | Permanent | €42,667 Gross per Year | Onsite

We are currently looking for a Portuguese (Brazil) C2 speaker with proven Content Moderation experience to join an international team in Dublin.

This is a fully onsite role supporting global operations with a strong focus on quality, policy compliance, and risk review processes.

What Youll Be Doing
Reviewing the quality and accuracy of Content Moderation decisions
Supporting ID verification and authenticity workflows
Handling escalations and risk-related reviews
Working across areas such as viral content, dangerous organizations, and market-specific policy interpretation

Ensuring decisions align with internal policies and cultural context standards

Please note: This role involves reviewing sensitive and potentially distressing content (including violence, self-harm, sexual content, and other policy-violating material). Emotional resilience and professionalism are essential.

What Were Looking For
Proven previous Content Moderator experience (mandatory)
Portuguese (Brazil) – C2 level
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
High attention to detail
Cultural awareness and contextual judgment

Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment

Role Details
40 hours per week
Fully flexible shifts: Monday–Sunday (08:00–19:00)
4 weeks onsite training in Dublin
No holidays permitted during the first 8 weeks (training period)
