Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for driving growth and leading high-performance teams? A well-established and rapidly expanding company is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in Finglas, Co. Dublin.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market leader in the manufacturing, distribution, and installation of plant and safety equipment, serving major clients across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a dynamic sales team to drive performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales approaches.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, including 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong organisational skills.
• Full clean driving licence is essential.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
