- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
- Strong knowledge of fresh seasonal produce and modern cooking techniques
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Valid work permit and availability to start ASAP in Dublin
- Professional and supportive kitchen environment
