Handyperson
**Job Summary:**
A Handyman carries out general repair and maintenance tasks in homes, community buildings, or workplaces. The role involves a variety of basic jobs, including fixing, painting, assembling, and general upkeep.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Perform minor repairs (e.g. doors, windows, locks, fences).
- Carry out painting, patching, and touch-ups.
- Assemble furniture and install shelves, curtain rails, etc.
- Basic plumbing tasks like fixing leaks or unblocking drains.
- General outdoor maintenance, such as clearing paths or fixing gates.
- Identify issues needing specialist attention and report them.
- Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general DIY.
- Ability to use tools safely and effectively.
- Good problem-solving and practical thinking.
