Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the catering operation, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality food and customer service.
Oversee all financial aspects of the contract, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
Maintain safe and compliant working practices across all areas of operation.
Recruit, train, motivate, and develop staff to deliver excellence and ensure strong team engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and other stakeholders, ensuring service levels and KPIs are achieved.
Drive performance improvement and seek opportunities for business growth within the contract.
Represent Sodexo at client meetings and ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support innovation and ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards align with Sodexo’s brand and values.

About You

2–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in catering, hospitality, or contract management.
Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
Proven ability to manage teams effectively and deliver outstanding customer service.
Relevant qualifications such as HND in Hospitality Management or a related field (vocational qualifications an advantage).
