We are seeking an experienced quantity surveyor to manage the financial and commercial aspects of ongoing construction projects in Oranmore, Galway.

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably with a main contractor.

Strong expertise in commercial management, cost control, and contract administration (RIAI, PWC).

Proven experience in subcontractor account management and procurement processes.

Good understanding of Irish construction regulations, standards, and industry best practices.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Cubit, Procore, or LiveCost is an advantage.

Excellent negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
