The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs and ensuring value for money in construction projects. They prepare estimates, budgets, and cost plans, monitor expenses, and handle contracts and procurement processes. Quantity surveyors also assess risks, manage variations, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints while meeting quality standards.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of construction methods and commercial practices are essential for this role. This is a full-time role of 39 hours per week with an annual salary range of €36,605-€46,000.
