Are you a creative and data-driven marketer with a passion for digital innovation? We’re partnering with a leading Irish hotel group to find a Digital Marketing Executive who will help shape and grow the group’s digital presence across multiple award-winning properties in Cork.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take ownership in a dynamic, hands-on role—working across content creation, social media management, website analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.This is a full-time, permanent position based in Cork.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic & Creative Collaboration
Support the Digital Marketing Manager in delivering and evolving the group’s digital marketing strategy.Liaise with hotel teams and central departments (HR, Sales, Finance) to ensure digital content aligns with commercial objectives and brand values.
Contribute to weekly sales and revenue meetings, ensuring digital initiatives support overall business performance.
Content Creation & Social Media
Manage and create content across social media, blogs, websites, and other digital platforms.Design branded visual content including graphics, website banners, and digital campaign assets.
Support the execution of the annual social media strategy and grow organic traffic.
Performance & Reporting
Monitor website and social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEO platforms.Report regularly on key performance indicators and identify trends to improve digital effectiveness.
Respond to guest feedback and reviews across channels such as Google and TripAdvisor.
Market Research & Development
Conduct research into digital marketing trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms.Identify new opportunities for brand visibility and guest engagement across mobile and online platforms.
Assist with inbound marketing strategy and support market research efforts.
Training & Knowledge Sharing
Keep up to date with the latest digital tools, best practices, and industry trends.Train and support internal team members on the effective use of social media and content guidelines.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing or content-focused role, ideally within hospitality or a fast-paced consumer-facing industry.Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, content strategy, and social media management.
Proficiency with design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, SEO tools).
Highly organized, proactive, and creative, with strong attention to detail.
