Our client, a leading and well-established hospitality group, is seeking an experienced and strategic Group Digital Marketing Manager to lead their digital marketing and e-commerce efforts across a portfolio of properties and services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a digital leader with a proven track record in driving online brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth within the hospitality or related sectors.
This senior-level role will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s digital strategy, overseeing digital performance across all customer touchpoints including the website, social media, booking engine, and online advertising. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning digital efforts with commercial objectives and maximising return on investment across multiple revenue streams such as accommodation, food & beverage, and events.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Oversight
Develop and execute a group-wide digital marketing and e-commerce strategy.Align digital initiatives with overall business goals, ensuring optimal budget allocation and ROI.
Monitor digital trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
Performance Management
Manage and optimise the booking engine to drive conversions and revenue.Define and report on key KPIs including website traffic, online sales, email performance, and database growth.
Regularly audit and optimise digital touchpoints to ensure performance and brand consistency.
Content & Brand Management
Oversee all web content, microsites, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with internal brand and communications teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.Approve and ensure quality of all online marketing materials.
Agency & Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with digital agencies (PPC, SEO, web development) to ensure performance and accountability.Partner with internal sales, revenue, and operations teams to support and enhance business performance through digital strategies.
Social Media & Online Reputation
Develop and implement a group-wide social media strategy.Provide training and guidance to on-site teams to maintain brand voice and consistency.
Monitor and respond to reviews and feedback across major platforms to protect and enhance online reputation.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and mentor a Digital Marketing Executive, providing direction, coaching, and performance management.Work with HR on training and development initiatives for the wider marketing team.
Budget Ownership
Manage the digital marketing budget with a focus on cost-efficiency and return.Continuously evaluate spend across platforms to identify areas of improvement.
Key Requirements:
A recognized qualification in Digital Marketing or Marketing (e.g. Digital Marketing Institute, CIM, etc.)Minimum of 5 years’ digital marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, travel, or a related sector
Strong working knowledge of SEO, PPC, CRM, and social media platforms
Proficiency with website management, analytics tools, and campaign reporting
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and CRM segmentation
Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, AdobePro, Jira, or similar platforms
