To support the engineering and wider project teams by managing documentation processes and maintaining up-to-date training records, ensuring compliance across all relevant systems.
Main duties and Responsibilities:
The main duties and responsibilities of the Site Administrator are outlined as follows:
Work closely with engineers and other staff to gather and compile project-related paperwork.Scan, file, and upload documentation to the appropriate folders and systems.
Maintain and update employee training records.
Update the company’s training matrix on a weekly basis.
Conduct regular spot checks on the training matrix to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Distribution of project documentation received from external sources to the relevant team members.
Report to project teams on non-compliance to company procedures.
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentsOther duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
The prior knowledge, skills and experience required of the Site Administrator are outlined as follows:
Proven experience of using existing web-based information management systems.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
QualificationinorpreviousexperienceofInformationManagement,OfficeAdministration or similar field is desirable though not essential as training will be provided to the right individual.
2 yearsminimumexperienceinDocumentationorInformationmanagement,ideallywithin the construction industry.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
