The Role

We’re seeking a proactive and collaborative Corporate Compliance Lead to elevate our global compliance program. In this role, you’ll partner with Security, Legal, People, and Finance teams to ensure Cubic³ meets regulatory standards, manages operational risk, and embeds a culture of compliance across all functions and geographies.

This role owns the implementation of company-wide compliance frameworks, training programs, and regulatory risk oversight, while leveraging in-house expertise for cybersecurity and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain company-wide compliance policies and procedures that complement our Security and Legal frameworks.
  • Coordinate and oversee company-wide internal control activities across departments to ensure effective design and implementation.
  • Lead daily compliance operations including risk assessments, regulatory reporting, and incident coordination.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external regulators, offering guidance on compliance matters.
  • Monitor regulatory developments across markets and coordinate responses with the Legal team.
  • Align compliance efforts with cybersecurity practices in partnership with the Security team.
  • Manage internal compliance audits and support regulatory inspections and external audits.
  • Drive company-wide compliance training and awareness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with third-party risk functions to assess vendor compliance and support due diligence efforts.
  • Ensure consistent compliance practices across all Cubic³ subsidiaries and regions.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership on compliance risk, status, and mitigation plans.
  • Support investigations of potential non-compliance in partnership with Legal, People, and other functions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Compliance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles, ideally in technology, IoT, or telecom sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of global data privacy and telecom regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Experience building or scaling compliance programs in fast-paced, international environments.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • (Bonus) Relevant certifications such as CCEP, CIPP/E, or equivalent.
