Job Description:
The Data Analyst will be part of an innovative team, driving organisational transformation into a data-driven culture, enabling self-service data analytics for business users. Work with the sales executive team and client to develop successful supplier onboarding sales programs for the Supplier Finance (SF) product which provides working capital and cash flow benefits to our Institutional Clients Group (ICG) buyer/clients and their suppliers.
They will work within the SCF team on cross organizational projects. They will be responsible for working with the clients’ procurement and/or treasury/finance resources as well as our internal Trade Product Management, Sales and Operations colleagues to ensure rapid and effective implementation and to maximize revenue for this customer base.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and generate weekly/monthly KPI reports / dashboards, to monitor SLA’s for operations management.
- Identify trending issues / data analysis of programs and report to operations findings and data insights to maximise performance
- Ensure reporting is kept up to date / clean data for client projects and internal operational needs
- Work with Group Delivery Manager to support reporting requirements on ad-hoc basis
- Various analytical, reporting, data-consolidating tasks
- Occasional project coordination
- Peer review analysis to maximise revenue for client
- Coordinate within the Data Analytics team for data collection and generation of predictive models
- Presentation of findings data insights
- Transforming raw data into insights, reports, charts, visualisations, and insights
- Work with stakeholders to develop metrics used in performance assessment and key performance indicators
- Work with IT team for potential introduction / upgrading of reporting systems (Power BI / Salesforce etc)
Essential Competencies:
The suitable candidate must have a deep-rooted passion for delivering success. They will have formidable experience and working knowledge of:
- Power BI certification - API’s, lay-out and Insights desirable but not essential
- Experience with Tableau.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, especially PowerPoint & Advanced skills in Excel – VBA, VLOOKUP, fuzzy look up
- Tableau Certifications will be a distinct advantage in the selection criteria.
- SQL knowledge desirable
- Working experience with Python and its libraries desirable
- Proficiency in English – written and speaking
- Excellent eye for detail, with a curiosity mindset and attitude for data discovery
- Ability to independently manage your own time and deliverables
- Ability to efficiently work to specified project delivery deadlines
- Communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be a good team player
- Flexible and innovative
Candidate Experience:
- Minimum of one years’ experience in client focused environment.
- Proven communications strategy and style.
- Experience providing best in class dedicated client service is preferred
- Experienced Sales or Customer Service person beneficial
- Process driven
- Experience of CRM use would be an advantage
