Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities- Carry out routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on machinery and mechanical equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to identify root causes of malfunctions
- Replace mechanical seals, bearings, gearboxes, valves, fluidisation systems, hydraulic pumps, and pulley belts
- Conduct belt and motor alignment
- Troubleshoot sensors, rotary screws, and pneumatic systems
- Perform fabrication work, including welding and grinding
- Ensure all work complies with strict health and safety guidelines
- Technical qualification with at least 10 years’ experience in industrial maintenance
- Strong background in maintenance, mechanics, electronics, electromechanics, or automation
- Proven track record of working safely and ensuring others do the same
- Manual dexterity, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Organised, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
