Position Overview

This is a hands-on, high-impact role that offers exposure to strategic initiatives and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully as Manna scales globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts with insightful commentary and variance analysis.
• Support the delivery of annual budgets, multi-year financial forecasts, and trading updates.
• Present financial insights to the Head of Finance and contribute to executive-level reporting.
• Preparation of Year End Statutory Accounts for both local entities & Group consolidation

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including the Accounts Payable team, treasury, and outsourced payroll.
• Maintain the general ledger and trial balance across all entities.
• Manage working capital and develop robust short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Strengthen and enhance internal control frameworks and financial processes.

• Liaison with our Head of Tax & Legal to ensure timely and accurate submission of all tax filings and statutory returns.
• Prepare audit schedules and act as the primary contact for external auditors during the year-end audit.
• Monitor compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.

• Support senior management in evaluating proposed commercial actions and wider strategic options
• Contribute to finance team initiatives to improve quality of financial analysis
• Participate in key projects as required.
• Liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and drive operational improvements.

Location

This is a hybrid role based in Glasnevin, Dublin two days per week.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) with minimum 3 years experience and some experience working as a Financial Controller
• Proven experience with month-end close processes and statutory accounts preparation
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced level)
