Clerical Officer Grade V
Are you a highly organised, self-directed individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a proactive and professional Grade V Clerical Officer to join our healthcare team on a 6-12 month temporary contract, with the potential for extension.
Location: Western suburbsHourly pay rate: €28.60
Working week: 35 hours, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
- Attend and minute in-person and virtual meetings, ensuring accurate and timely records.
- Draft high-quality correspondence and official communications.
- Coordinate and support responses to Parliamentary Questions.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives as they arise.
