Your leadership and clinical expertise will be instrumental in promoting a culture of excellence and fostering a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Nursing in managing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department.
• Supervise and support nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans for residents.
• Monitor resident health status and coordinate medical care as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations to maintain high standards of care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in implementing best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and providing compassionate care to seniors.
