Electrical and Mechanical Utilities Maintenance Technicians – Multiple Roles (Grangecastle, West Dublin) (Trade certified or similar)

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Maintenance Technicians to join a leading biopharmaceutical manufacturing site in Grangecastle, Dublin 22. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a world-class operation supporting critical utilities and production systems in a highly regulated environment.

We have several openings across mechanical, electrical, and calibration disciplines, working as part of a dynamic and supportive Utilities Maintenance Team.

Available Positions

Shift Roles (24/7 rotating pattern):

• 3 x Mechanical Shift Technicians — €55,000 + shift premium / benefits
• 3 x Electrical Shift Technicians — €55,000–€58,000 + shift premium / benefits

Day Roles:

• 2 x Electrical Technicians (Days) — €60,000
• 2 x Calibration Technicians (Days) — approx. €55,000

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on utilities systems and equipment (mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation depending on role).
• Troubleshoot and repair faults to minimise downtime and maintain production continuity.
• Support reliability improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all work complies with GMP, safety, and environmental standards.
• Participate in shift handovers, maintenance planning, and team collaboration activities.

• Time-served trade qualification or equivalent in your discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation).
• Experience in utilities maintenance in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or process industry environment in Ireland preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with CMMS systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a highly regulated environment.
