About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundational understanding of finance, whether from formal education or initial work experience. You'll be involved in a variety of tasks that require a keen eye for detail, a strong head for numbers, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with day-to-day financial transactions and accurate record-keeping
- Supporting the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Reconciling accounts and ensuring data integrity
- Contributing to process improvements within the finance function
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve departmental goals
Looking For:
- A recently qualified Accounting Technician (or equivalent qualification) OR a junior finance professional with 1+ years of experience in a relevant role
- Naturally curious and enthusiastic
- Positive, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong aptitude for analysing and interpreting financial data
- Ambitious and eager to learn, with a desire to grow within a supportive environment
- A proactive problem-solver with excellent organisational skills and strong communication abilities
