German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

Dublin, Ireland | Hybrid (3 days per week in office)

We’re partnering with a high-growth international SaaS company that’s building a brand-new Customer Support team in Dublin. This is a unique opportunity to join at an exciting growth stage and play a meaningful role in shaping how customers across EMEA experience the product.

  • The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll become a trusted product expert, supporting German-speaking customers and helping them get real value from the platform.

You will:

  • Develop deep expertise in a leading SaaS product
  • Support customers via email and live chat, delivering a high-quality, empathetic experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product, account, and workflow-related issues
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
  • Guide customers on broader topics such as marketing, sales, and e-commerce setups
  • Document solutions and contribute to shared knowledge bases
  • Work in an AI-enabled support environment, helping to build smarter, more efficient workflows
  • What We’re Looking For
Must-have
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (tech or SaaS experience is a strong advantage)
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable working towards KPIs in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency and problem-solving
  • Flexibility to work occasional shifts (8am–4pm or 10am–6pm)
  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach
  • Full right to work in Ireland (no visa sponsorship available)
Nice-to-have
  • Exposure to APIs, integrations, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, or networking basics
  • Experience in MarTech, e-commerce, or SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Zendesk or similar

  • €40,000 – €60,000 base salary, depending on experience
  • 5% annual bonus + equity
