German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

Dublin, Ireland | Hybrid (3 days per week in office)

We’re partnering with a high-growth international SaaS company that is launching a brand-new Customer Support team in Dublin. They’re looking for German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to support EMEA customers and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The role
  • Become a product expert on a leading SaaS platform
  • Support German-speaking customers via email and live chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product, account, and workflow issues
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with both technical and non-technical users
  • Support customers with broader questions related to marketing, sales, and e-commerce setups
  • Document issues and solutions to contribute to shared knowledge bases
  • Work in an AI-enabled environment, helping build smarter and more efficient support workflows

What we’re looking for

Must-have
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
  • 1+ year experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in tech or SaaS
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable working towards KPIs in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency and problem-solving
  • Flexible to work occasional shifts (8am–4pm or 10am–6pm)
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
  • Full right to work in Ireland (no visa sponsorship)
Nice-to-have
  • Technical exposure (APIs, integrations, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, or networking basics)
  • Experience in MarTech, e-commerce, or SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with ticketing or support tools (e.g. Zendesk or similar)
  • What’s on offer
  • €40,000 – €60,000 base salary, depending on experience
  • 5% annual bonus + equity
