Ardanis is a European technology consultancy partnering with forward-thinking clients to deliver scalable, modern solutions on the Microsoft stack. We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a cross-functional team delivering web and mobile applications.

This role involves close collaboration with several other departments such as product development.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain CI/CD workflows for full-stack applications
  • Implement automation for build, test, deploy, and rollback processes across platforms
  • Standardize and support Docker-based local development environments
  • Promote adoption of container-first development workflows across engineering teams
  • Manage and provision infrastructure in Azure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep)
  • Design and maintain scalable, secure, and observable cloud-native environments
  • Set up and configure systems for monitoring, logging, and alerting (using Azure Monitor, Datadog, Grafana)
  • Integrate code quality checks, security validation, and performance benchmarks into deployment pipelines

The engineer will play a key role in:

  • Enhancing developer experience and streamlining delivery pipelines
  • Leading the implementation of container-first local environments
  • Promoting AI-supported engineering processes
  • Defining how applications are built, deployed, and monitored across environments
  • Bridging the gap between development and operations to embed a DevOps-first mindset
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working with Azure services (App Services, AKS, Functions, Storage)
  • Understanding of frontend and backend stacks, especially React, React Native, and Node.js
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and principles
  • Familiarity with cloud monitoring and logging systems (e.g., Application Insights, New Relic, Azure Monitor)
  • Knowledge of AI/ML tools integrated in engineering workflows (GitHub Copilot, Azure AI)

Benefits

At Ardanis, we value expertise, autonomy, and continuous improvement. You’ll join a team of thoughtful technologists who care about doing things well and helping each other get better along the way. We offer flexibility, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to work on cloud-native solutions that power real innovation across Europe.
