Key Responsibilities:

• Handle member queries via phone, email, post, and online channels.
• Support loan processing, amendments, and approvals under team guidance.
• Assist with committee applications and maintain records.
• Provide administrative support for rescheduling, overdraft, and mortgage applications.
• Support Loans Officers with daily tasks and projects.
• Contribute to sustainable initiatives within the organisation.

Candidate Profile:

• APA qualified or commitment to pursue the APA qualification.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and member service skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritise tasks.
• Willingness to take on new tasks and projects.
• Good IT and administration skills.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role is desirable
