Member Services Executive (MSE) – Phones Team
I am currently working with one of the largest and most successful Credit Unions in the country. We now have a new vacancy in their Phones Team in Dublin. The successful candidate may also provide support to branch teams if/when required. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate in the credit union/financial sector who is looking to further develop their career.
Role Description
The successful candidate will be part of the Phones Team and may also provide support to branch teams if required. Duties will include:
- Providing members with a courteous, pleasant, and professional service primarily via the call centre, website/email, or back-office support.
- Assisting members face-to-face on occasion.
- Processing loan applications, supporting members with account management, acting as teller, assisting with Credit Control queries, and providing guidance on the full range of services.
- Carrying out back-office administrative/operational duties as required.
- Providing support, coaching and guidance to peers, in particular Member Services Officers working towards their MCC accreditation.
- Supporting and actively participating in sustainability initiatives (energy, water and waste reduction).
- Qualification in one of the following, QFA / CUA / APA in Loans & Savings & Investments / Pathways CU Diploma / ACCUP
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in a financial institution.
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of SCION is an advantage.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Excellent administration skills with strong attention to detail.
