Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Job Description
Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Duties include upkeep of grounds and facilities - mowing lawns, strimming, weeding flower beds etc, painting/decorating and general maintenance with guidance by head maintenance person.
Position is based at The Cavan Centre, Kilnacrott, Ballyjamesduff, Co Cavan.Work is for 19.5 hours per week over 3 days.
Community Employment positions are accessible to those on the unemployment register for at least 52 weeks and in receipt of a payment or signing on for credits.
Opportunity to gain a range of workplace skills, health & safety-related training and to undertake accredited training in line with career goals.
