A leading provider in the employee benefits and pensions space is seeking an experienced Corporate Market Lead to join their high-performing team.
This is a senior leadership role suited to someone with deep industry expertise in corporate pensions and group risk solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Employer Sales Managers to drive growth in the corporate market.
- Develop new business opportunities across pensions (Master Trust), group risk (life & income protection), and retail products.
- Provide strategic input and leadership to enhance market presence and client engagement.
- Understand employer challenges and deliver tailored, value-led benefit solutions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including CRM, product, operations, and investment teams to deliver an outstanding service.
Key Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience with strategic sales acumen.
- 10+ years of experience in the corporate pensions and group risk space.
- Strong influencing skills, commercial awareness, and resilience.
- Deep knowledge of the Irish corporate benefits landscape.
- Relevant third-level and industry qualifications essential (QFA or equivalent).
