Dental Nurse
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our friendly team in Dublin 14, Ireland. As a vital member of our dental practice, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of patient care and supporting our dental professionals in their daily operations.
- Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
- Prepare and sterilise dental instruments, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
- Welcome and comfort patients, addressing their concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with appointment scheduling
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
- Manage stock levels of dental supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure the practice runs efficiently and effectively
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and infection control protocols
- Participate in continuing professional development to stay current with industry standards and best practices

About you
We welcome your application if you have management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (e.g., retail / hospitality) will also be considered.- Experience of working with financial records, to include P&L, KPIs and budget planning
- Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
- The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach
