PE Global Healthcare in partnership with our client, are currently recruiting a full time permanent Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (CNM2) – Endoscopy for a leading specialist in caring for patients with cardiac, vascular, eye, orthopaedic and spinal conditions, and who also provides both Emergency and Urgent Cardiac Care services.
Duties and Responsibilities :
As a member of the nurse management team, the post of CNM2 holds a pivotal role in the coordination and management of activity and resources within the clinical area. As a role model, the CNM2 will promote a culture of open communication and best practice in the delivery of nursing care, providing clinical expertise, advice and support within the multi-professional team.
Candidate Requirements- Registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
- Commitment to patient Safety & Quality.
- Minimum 5 years post graduate nursing experience essential.
- Endoscopy Experience
- Management qualification/educational preparation to degree level desirable
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Self-motivated, and a commitment to staff development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
