This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to drive supply chain excellence, lead cross-functional initiatives, and help ensure patients receive the treatments they need-on time and at the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic supply chain projects, delivering on key milestones to improve overall performance.
- Drive initiatives that optimize supply chain processes and enhance efficiency.
- Support New Product Introductions (NPI) by coordinating material availability and ensuring timelines are achieved.
- Transition products seamlessly from NPI to commercial planning.
- Establish and maintain robust supply chain procedures to support both NPI and commercial processes.
- Provide SAP technical support, drive system optimisation, and deliver data-driven insights to enhance decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the S&OP process and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of planning experience within a high-volume, complex manufacturing environment.
- Proven project management experience with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- SAP expertise with a track record of driving system improvements.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
