An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to join a respected, international organisation. You will oversee the smooth running of the Dublin office, manage facilities and vendors, support HR and payroll processes, and provide administrative assistance to underwriting teams.

About the Team
The Dublin branch plays a key role in supporting international operations, covering:
- Office and facilities management
- HR and staff support
- Finance and payroll coordination
- Underwriting administration
- Proven office management experience, ideally in financial or professional services.
- Strong understanding of Irish employment law and compliance.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, professional, and solutions-focused approach.
- Manage daily office operations, facilities, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain a strong onsite presence four days per week, acting as the first point of contact in Dublin.
- Support HR processes, onboarding, payroll, and staff communications.
- Provide administrative support to underwriting teams, including data entry, reporting, and event coordination.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, GDPR, and business continuity processes.
