Customer Service | French Speaker

We are recruiting for a well-known leader within its sector, recognized for its commitment to quality and excellence. We are looking for a self-motivated, passionate, and highly organized Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team in Dublin.

In this role, you will act as a vital liaison between the company and its partners, providing expert product information and resolving challenges with accuracy and efficiency. You will play a key role in the sales cycle, working closely with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled, shipped, and managed to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Order & Account Management: Facilitate the end-to-end order process, including placing orders, processing refunds, and handling exchanges with precision.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with key customer accounts through open, proactive, and interactive communication.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer queries promptly, providing effective solutions within agreed timeframes and following up to ensure total satisfaction.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with Sales Agents to foster strong partnerships and identify customer needs to ensure the right products are delivered at the right time.
  • Internal Liaison: Work cross-functionally with internal logistics and sales teams to ensure accurate shipping and fulfillment.
  • Process Adherence: Maintain high service standards by strictly following communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.

The perfect candidate should have:

  • Language Skills: Native/Fluency in French and Fluent in English (both written and verbal) are mandatory requirements for this role.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Service or Account Management role, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Experience with CRM and order management systems is a significant advantage.
  • Communication: A clear and passionate communicator with the ability to convey complex information simply and professionally.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to challenges with a /"solution-first/" mindset.
  • Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising on accuracy.
