Healthcare Support Workers (Disability)

Bud Healthcare Ltd provides high-quality care and support to people with complex needs, disabilities, and mental health challenges across Ireland. We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join our Longwood, Trim team, with opportunities also available nationwide.

Role Overview

As a Support Worker, you will help individuals live safely and independently, providing person-centred care in their own secure homes and within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily living needs including personal care, meals, and household tasks.

Promote independence while ensuring safety and well-being.

Assist with appointments, activities, and community engagement.

Record and report on progress, incidents, and behaviours of concern.

Work as part of a supportive care team.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role.

Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and professionally.

Caring, respectful, and reliable.

Full driving licence desirable.

Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, sleepovers, and bank holidays
